THE STRATEGY

THE CHALLENGE

ProServants is a top cultural marketplace providing high-quality products from trusted digital brands. The Connecticut-based firm put forward a diverse challenge for PNC Logos. The task was to integrate Ecommerce and marketplace functionalities in their official website Proservants.com. The online business aimed to create a simple and easy-to-use platform to connect buyers and sellers.

THE SOLUTION

Bringing years of web development experience to the forefront, PNC Logos devised a 4-step strategy to achieve the integration of Ecommerce and Marketplace functionalities on the ProServants website.

Integration of Main Functionalities

The first step of our strategy was to set up the E-commerce functionality, enabling sellers to add and publish their products on the ProServants website. The Marketplace functionality facilitated the sellers in the onboarding process and enabled them to add their products into different market and product categories.

The Superb Delivery Functionality

Another valuable feature incorporated in the Marketplace functionality was the onboarding system for delivery persons. They can now accept order deliveries from the platform and view their commissions on their dashboard.

Deploying Customer-Centric Features

PNC Logos complemented the E-commerce and Marketplace functionalities with customer-centric features, such as order tracking and coupon functionalities. As a result, the customers could not only track their orders using the respective order numbers, but they could also redeem coupons at checkouts to avail discounts.

One of the most important steps of the PNC Logos strategy was to make the ProServants website more responsive on commonly used mobile devices. This finishing touch was crucial for ProServants because it enabled it to connect with user traffic coming from mobile phones.
